NW view.

A former farm called Treflys in the parish of Llangammarch Wells. The name of the farm had been considered to link this site to that of a local court (llys) from the latter part of the early medieval period and aerial photographs revealed cropmark evidence of an enclosure which might define the extent of this llys, broadly centred on the farm.
